Once the executors receive Grant of Probate they can either liquidate the assets or transfer them to the beneficiaries.

We offer an effective five-step service.

• Confirmation of the validity of the share certificates and replacing missing ones where necessary.
• Submission of the Grant of Probate to registrars. (At this point Share Data requests that any dividends which have been withheld are issued to the executors or beneficiaries).
• Preparation of the Transfer/Sale forms for client signature.
• Submission of the signed Transfer/Sale forms to registrars/brokers.
• Return of the new share certificates/cheque for the sale proceeds.
