Share Data Partners with ProbateHelp
Share Data and ProbateHelp are working together to help executors access practical probate guidance and specialist support when an estate includes overseas shares or other international assets.
ProbateHelp provides free probate guidance and an optional EstateManager service, which helps executors organise tasks, documents and financial records, track progress and share selected information with authorised people.
Share Data supports executors, solicitors and professional advisers with matters involving UK and international shareholdings, including Medallion Signature Guarantees, share valuations, probate resealing and overseas share transfers and sales.
As part of the collaboration, ProbateHelp has published a dedicated Share Data page and guidance explaining when executors may need specialist help with overseas shares and assets. Relevant ProbateHelp guides also signpost readers to Share Data.
Within EstateManager, executors who select foreign assets during estate setup are shown a recommendation for Share Data, with a link to further information. No estate information is shared automatically.
Share Data will also publish a guest article from ProbateHelp on keeping families informed during estate administration, exploring how clear progress updates and carefully controlled sharing can help reduce misunderstandings.
