Orlanda joined Share Data in August 2022 and brings a wealth of experience from the insurance sector, where she managed and streamlined office operations across complex environments.
She is known for her strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. Orlanda excels at motivating diverse teams and collaborating across departments—driving growth and operational excellence across both UK and international business functions.
Pauline Brand
Share Valuer & Medallion Stamp Executive, Team Supervisor
Pauline joined Share Data in January 2020 following a career spanning the insurance and sports and leisure industries, where she developed strong skills in administration and customer service.
Known for her commitment to providing excellent service to a wide network of clients all over the world, providing Share Valuations, and as a registered member of STAMP, authorised to issue Medallion Signature Guarantees for North American assets.
In April 2024, Pauline completed the ILM Level 2 Certificate in Leadership and Team Skills and now serves as a certified Supervisor at Share Data.

Sales and Transfer Senior Executive (UK Shares)
Claire joined Share Data in 2018, bringing over 20 years of experience in final salary pensions from her career in the insurance industry.
She began her time at Share Data producing probate share valuations and now serves as a Senior Executive in the UK sales and transfers team. Claire’s in-depth knowledge, precision, and commitment to client service make her a trusted specialist in managing complex share transactions.

Emem joined Share Data in February 2023 and is a qualified Solicitor with previous experience in the insurance industry. Her strong legal background and client-focused mindset make her a valued member of the UK sales and transfers team.
Known for her approachable manner and commitment to excellent service, Emem is dedicated to guiding clients through the sale and transfer of UK shares with clarity and care.
Gerard Cummins
Sales and Transfer Executive (UK Shares)
Gerard joined Share Data in June 2025, bringing with him over 20 years of experience across a range of industries.
He began his career in registrar services before spending three years at a legal firm, developing a strong foundation in legal procedures and client service. For the past 19 years, he worked within HSBC’s factoring division, where he built extensive knowledge of financial operations and client relationship management. Gerard’s broad professional background and commitment to service excellence make him a valuable member of our client services team.

UK Sales/Transfers & Finance Executive
Lynne joined Share Data in September 2022, bringing a wealth of experience from the leisure industry. Her strong client-focused approach make her a key member of the UK sales and transfers team.
She also supports the finance function, ensuring that transactions are processed efficiently and accurately, while providing clear guidance to clients navigating share-related matters.

Marketing Executive | ACIM
Diane joined Share Data in September 2024, bringing with her a strong foundation in legal administration, marketing, and customer service. As a qualified Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (ACIM), she supports the company’s marketing initiatives across digital platforms, brand content, and campaign delivery.
Working closely with senior leadership, Diane plays a key role in implementing and coordinating marketing activity across both the UK and international business.
